At Down Syndrome Centre Cork, we aim to provide flexible and supportive services to all families.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you give as much notice as possible.

• Where possible, sessions may be rescheduled

• Late cancellations may result in the loss of the session

Refunds

As a small charity, we operate a subsidised service model.

• Refunds are not typically provided for missed sessions

• Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion

Programmes & Events

• Refunds for programmes, workshops or events may not be available once a place has been confirmed

• In the case of cancellation by Down Syndrome Centre Cork, a refund or alternative option will be offered
