Kimberley Leacy

Hello, I'm Kimberley - I'm a Speech & Language Therapist who has recently moved back to Ireland after living overseas in New Zealand for the past eleven years. I am delighted to have been welcomed into the DSCC family, and am so looking forward to getting to know and working alongside as many families as I can. 

 

I am passionate about supporting children to develop their communication skills through holistic play-based therapy and inclusive natural environment approaches. Communication looks different for everyone - I'll work alongside you to understand your child's unique strengths, and support them to develop meaningful and autonomous ways to communicate their needs, wants, and ideas in a way that works best for them.

 

Outside of therapy, I am out and about in nature with my husband and two little boys. We are an adventurous and nature loving family who love the beach, camping, hiking, and befriending all the animals and little creatures we come across!
